How do I pickup using your curbside service?

The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library is offering patrons the ability to place WEPL materials on hold for curbside pick-up at our four Libraries.
There are three ways to place holds for Curbside Pick Up Service:
1. To place a hold, visit our catalog (we247.org) and place a hold using your library card account. You will receive an automatic notice from Clevnet when your items are ready for pick up. When you receive the automatic notification, please call your library to arrange a pick-up time. Libraries are answering calls during hours of operation.
2. To place a request for materials by phone, please call the following number for the Library where your materials are being held:
Eastlake Library: 440-942-7880 ext 2
Willoughby Library: 440-942-3200 ext 2
Willoughby Hills Library: 440-942-3362 ext 2
Willowick Library: 440-943-4151 ext 2
After notification of availability, materials can be picked up at Willowick, Willoughby, and Eastlake Libraries during hours of operation.
